Customer Support Service Representative
This is full time remote job with flexible schedule.
Main responsibilities:
- Helping clients in solving problems with their websites and giving them information about our services (emails and sales chat, NOT via phone);
- Blocking websites that violate hosting rules;
- Interacting between clients and programmers/sysadmins.
We require:
- Intermediate or higher level of English (B1-B2). Polish language is an advantage;
- Basic understanding of hosting structure;
- Any experience in programming, site maintaining will be advantage
- Self-reliance as this is a remote job
