The following document describes general rules of collecting and usage of personal data provided by our Users and Guests, as part of using our services. As a company, we would like to be sure that our Customers and Guests fully understand, on what terms we store and process the entrusted personal data.
II. Sharing personal data
ABC Hosting Ltd. (from now on: CBA.pl) do not sell nor share any Users’ personal data to the third parties, excluding situations, where it is absolutely necessary for providing the requested service properly. Purposes, range of shared data and entities to which this data is shared, are as follows:
- Payments services:
CBA.pl, for Customers’ convenience, offers dedicated payment systems, which are services provided by third party companies: PayPro S.A., PayPal Inc., Paymentwall Inc..
CBA.pl ensures that Customers’ personal data is being shared only to a minimum extent, essential to provide the service. This data includes: name, surname, city, address, postal code, email address, phone number; company, VAT identification number and address of the company (if profile type is „company”). This data is being used only for the payment processing purposes.
- Domain services:
Registration and maintenance of domains are external services. Polish domains are registered and maintained via NASK - Polish domain names registrator, whilst other domains via Internet.BS - Internet Domain Service BS Corp.
Due to how the domain services work, Customers’ personal data, which are being shared to the entities above, are being used by them to register Users into the appropriate domain registry as owners of specific domain names. This data is being shared only to a minimum extent, essential to provide the service. This data includes: name, surname, city, address, postal code, email address, phone number; company, VAT identification number and address of the company (if profile type is „company”). In some cases domain registration requires sharing birth country, birth date, birth city, birth place postal code, province code. The data is being used only for the domain registering purposes.
- Service of informing customers via SMS:
CBA.pl sends reminders about expiring services via SMS, e.g. hosting account or domain expiration. This service is provided by an external company Digital Virgo S.A (justsend.pl) . For this purpose, the Customer's telephone number is provided.
III. Range of collected personal data
We have built our webpage in a way that none of our Guests have to provide any personal information or data to have direct access.
Usage of our free variants of services does not require providing complete personal information, except for email address, which is necessary to create and verify an account on the CBA.pl page.
Users of paid services during account registration, are entrusting CBA.pl the following personal data: name, surname, city, address, postal code, email address, phone number, birth country, birth date, birth city, birth place postal code, province code; company, VAT identification number and address of the company (if profile type is „company”). ABC Hosting Ltd., 7B Neal Pen Road, Belize City, Belize; is the administrator of this data. Based on art. 6 lit A GDPR, your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to process them, which will be equal to termination of the contract for providing services. Except for that, which results from the telecommunications law regulations, additional data such as: IP addresses, personal data, payment history, history of changes on Users’ accounts is being collected and stored in a secure way. This data is protected and is not used under any circumstances, except for the situation when the law is obligating us to share it (for example, Police request).
Future and current Customers can be sure that the data they provided (or any information that could identify them) is being processed only for the proper functioning of the website and associated services, and is properly protected.
Data is being stored and processed within the EU territory and entrusted to LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V., as our servers provider.

IV. Modifying, deleting and storing user's data
Each User has the right to view, modify and delete the user’s data. Request to delete data which is needed to provide the service, is equal to termination of the contract for providing services, if this is applicable. Users can make a complaint to the competent authority regarding use or storing of the data.
Users data, after agreement given during the use of the contact form, are stored for two weeks so we are allowed to respond and after this time are being deleted.
Users data, given to us after agreement to send the mailing information during the registration process or after in the user panel, are stored and processed until this agreement is withdrawn by user and/or the contract to provide services is being terminated.
CBA.pl is using Cookies to deliver the best user experience. These files help to remember the logged session and to save the personal preferences when using the website. Users, by using CBA.pl services without blocking Cookies in the browser, automatically agree to use them.
VI. Safety of user's data
CBA.pl has all the necessary security measures to prevent the leakage, improper use or altering entrusted data. When User is placing an order online, logging in or going through sensitive components of the user panel, the user's data – including credit card number, is being protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is based on encrypting all the data being sent between the Customer and server, which secures data even in case of interception. Our servers are secured towards unauthorized access and viruses using dedicated, specialistic software tools and multi-level servers access systems.
